Shelly McNamara

Shelly is a natural storyteller, humanist, and respected leader. As the Chief Equality and Inclusion Officer at Procter & Gamble (P&G), she works with her colleagues on the P&G leadership team and with P&G people around the world to make P&G one of the most innovative, diverse, and inclusive companies in the world. Well-known for her speeches that are compassionate, courageous, and authentic to the core, this book is her first foray into publishing for a wider audience. Shelly is committed to help lift, challenge, and inspire from her home base in Ohio, which she shares with her wife, Cindy, and their three daughters, Ali, Kate, and Nicole.
