Rich Yurkowitz is a healthcare actuary who has spent forty years studying healthcare. Rich has analyzed proposed legislation and national and state programmatic changes along the way. He has published articles about COVID-19 and been quoted on healthcare topics throughout his career. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in actuarial science. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife and three children.
