While working in the pharmaceutical industry as a training manager, Nick was searching for ways to connect people beyond live training or e-modules. Dating back almost ten years, virtual platforms were beginning to make their way into our worlds! With a little research, ingenuity, and some very patient field trainers, we forged our way into virtual learning. With lots of tripping and falling, we finally learned to walk and eventually run in the virtual world!
