Training has been a part of Lee’s career from the beginning, when he was an officer in the U.S. Army. He later entered the pharmaceutical industry, where he moved from sales to sales training. His first exposure to virtual training was a surprise, brought on by the H1N1 flu outbreak and a travel ban. From there, his team quickly developed the first virtual training strategy for the company. Little did he know that those strategies would lead him to found Leading Edge Training Solutions. Working with companies across multiple sectors, Leading Edge ensures that participants have the most effective virtual events possible—even when they cannot participate in person.
