George A. Isaac

George Isaac has forty years of senior executive management, family business, management consulting, and private equity investing experience. As the former CEO of his third-generation family manufacturing, services, and real estate investment businesses, his operating businesses saw six-fold revenue and double-digit earnings growth over eight years before their sale to a NASDAQ-listed public company. In the public company, Isaac served as board and executive committee member, corporate EVP, and divisional CEO before transitioning to consulting full time and overseeing his family’s fourth-generation real estate business and other investments.

He has served on over twenty-five boards, including fifteen corporate boards, and has participated on executive, audit, compensation, and investment board committees for companies ranging in size from $30M to $1BB+. Currently, he advises on family business strategies and management through George Isaac Consulting, speaks at national and international conferences, lectures at USC’s Family Business Program, and writes articles on family enterprise issues for CNBC, Family Business Magazine, Directors & Boards Magazine, Trusts & Estate Journal, and Wealth Management, among other publications.

Isaac has an MBA with Distinction in Finance and Accounting and a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
